Cerberus Network issues with Connecting.

Cerberus network says I have no internet and thus cant log in. I have internet... how the hell do I get Cerberus to work. I own it, and all the DLC on Origin, but the only thing not downloaded is Cerberus, and it wont let me download it. Please can anyone help me. The only reason I didn't buy this is on steam is so I'd have all the DLC but now I find I cant even access it.

If PC, what virus scanner do you use?

I use PC and I do not have any virus scanners as far as I am aware.

i was just looking i think its just windows security. thats all i use and can find

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME2 > Repair)

If that don't works, how do you connect to the internet?

I already tried that. I dont have a wifi router and use my phone through usb connection to get my internet

Is that phone connected to a public WiFi hot spot or over an G3, LTE or G5 connection?

Do your E-mail or your password contain special characters?

Phone is using hotspot and the email as an @ symbol in it. My password has no special characters

Then it is possible that this hotspot is using settings that make it impossible for the game to connect.

But there are other possibility as well of course, Firewall setting (on an public network they are much more strict), other network settings, and so on.
