Just to make that clear, the Documentary, Digital Art book and Soundtrack are not part of the Cerberus network but only of the deluxe edition.
If you bought or upgraded to the deluxe edition and there is no second N7 cover in your game library you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
