Hello all
I'm having difficulty getting the bonus content for Mass Effect 2 digital deluxe. I have all the Cerberus DLC packs perfectly fine, but I can't get the other stuff, like making of documentary, soundtrack, comic book etc. I've checked the game files and its not there. Can someone please help?
Thank you in advance

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling Origin?

Yeah, I've done it like a million times haha

No, where would I find bonus content? Is it a file in the game folder because I looked there and it isn't there

Open Origin, click on Mass Effect 2, Under the title on the right hand side there is a link/tab for "Extra Content". If it's on your computer, it should be recognized and show up there. It may ask you to "install" or "download" it, but if it was tied to your account before, it should be there.

Bonus content could be under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\Bonus\Documentary
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\Bonus\Digital Art
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\Bonus\Soundtrack
When you choose ME2 in origin to Play, you get Extra Content under Play, If the extra content Bonus is downloaded it should show Play, when you select play it opens the directory where the bonus is downloaded and it is there where you get to play the video, read the Artbook PDF or listen to the soundtracks.

There's no folder in it that says bonus

In Origin, if you click the game cover in the game Library and then "Extra Content", you should have all the content available. (scroll down)
(The button under the Documentary, Digital Art book and Soundtrack should say "Play".
If you upgraded to the Digital deluxe edition make sure you look under the right cover. (There could be two, one for the normal game and one for the Digital deluxe edition.)

It's not there under extra content either. I have all the other DLC from cerberus network. There's not even a section that says soundtrack making of documentary or anything
