Can't download Cerberus Network, can't access DLC. BSN workaround not working.

So I recently reinstalled Mass Effect 2 on a new computer but am now unable to access my DLC that previously worked fine. It says to login to the Cerberus Network but I'm unable to do so even with my account. Further, I read you can workaround the issue by downloading your DLC from the Bioware Social Network files but even having installed those, the DLC (Zaeed etc) are still not showing up in my game. I also keep getting the popup in the main menu of the game about how the DLC in question cannot be authorized unless I login to the Cerberus Network.

Finally found the right link here to get the Cerberus Network again (since Origin never worked) and suddenly the login works in the main menu too.
