Have got Mass Effect 2 both as a freebie and by buying the trilogy so should be able to access Cerberus Network to access DLC. Apparently Cerberus is no more. Have tried via Bioware but all Bioware have is Mass Effect Andromeda. Can anyone help please ?
Thanks.

I moved your post to the Mass Effect 2 section.
The DLCs you are able to use should already be installed, they are listed under "Extra content" in the game library page of the game.
You need to log on to the Cerberus network at the start screen of the game to verify them.

The problem is that the Cerberus network no longer exists. Certainly there's no reply when I try to link from within the game.
Any other solutions ?
Thank you,

I assure you that the Cerberus network exist and is working.
Are the DLC's present and marked as installed under "Extra content"?
What do you mean by "Certainly there's no reply"? Can you logon? (Laptops opens)
Do you get an error massage at the start of the game that some DLC's couldn't be authenticated?

I also can't access the Cerberus Network. In Origin it is installed, but when I start the game, I have to connect. After I enter my account name and password, I only have two options: redeem a product code or purchase a new code. The "purchase a new code" is a dead link, and when I try to redeem my product code, the game says it is already in use.
