Does anyone know where I can safetly find a verison of ssleay32.dll. I just bought the Mass Effect Trilogy and its saying that I am missing ssleay32.dll

Launch Origin, right-click on the Mass Effect 2 icon and select "Repair Install"

Make sure you have the newest Origin Client installed, click the following link:Download Origin

It said nothing needed repair, but the repair step did fix the problem!
