Warp bonus ability malfunction on infiltrator

I just recently decided to run through ME1 again on my PC. I made an Infiltrator and picked warp skill as a bonus skill. In game, every time I use warp the camera zooms in, distorts the camera angle and my character fires the warp in a random direction away from my target. After the warp is fired, the camera returns to normal. This happens every time I use warp. This does NOT happen to any of the tech abilities the infiltrator has. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Did you tried to repair the game? (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME > Repair / in Steam  > right click at ME > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache)

If that don't helps, is this only happen when your Infiltrator is equipped with a sniper-rifle?

A repair didn't work unfortunately, but thanks for the suggestion. It happens no matter what weapon I use.

This is strange, I don't remember hearing about a problem like that.

Do you use any mods?

Did you edited any game ini files?
