No load progress option.. [ Edited ]

Hi, so I started playing the game for the first time ever..

Since yesterday I've been trying to figure out what to do ..

I have the save files.. but when I lose progress or die.. there is so loading option in the main menu.. 

In the save folder of the game THERE IS a file

please help me figure out how to fix this ..

I'm using ORIGIN 

EDIT: AFTER A LOT OF STRUGGLE, I FOUND THE PROBLEM!!

Windows 10 and their OneDrove was causing this problem..

Because windows 10's default file path are:

C:\Users\ProfileName\OneDrive\Doctuments\BioWare\Mass Effect\Save

I had to change it to:

C:\Users\amirk\Doctuments\BioWare\Mass Effect\Save
