My wired Xbox controller isn't working with Mass Effect on PC

I have a wired Xbox controller, however, it isn't working with Mass Effect.

Non of the Mass Effect games of the Original trilogy has controller support.

You can add it by using Mods that can be found on the Nexusmods side.

(As always, the use of third party software is done on your own risk.)
