Mass effect 1 and 2 the same Error

There is a DLL file, "taskbardockappintegration32.dll", on your system that seems to be the culprit.

This file is probably malware and it interferes with the start of ME and ME2. 

I would recommend a complete virus scan with your virus scanner and a malware scan with Malwarebytes. (For Windows > Freeware version.)

Delete the "taskbardockappintegration32.dll" with Malwarebytes > Restart the commuter > Test.

Let me know if other Viruses or Malware is been found.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

i renstall directx and C++ Redistributable

• Please create a new Windows user account  (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only characters from the ASCII table.
• Reboot > log on to the new account > Test.

i did all that already and it did not work im at a lose as to what is causing this 2 game not to work

• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• In the new Window, type or copy and paste "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) > Press ENTER
• Look if there are any "MassEffec2( 3).exe.Xxxx.dmp" files in the "..Local\CrashDumps" folder.
• Zip 2 - 3 "MassEffec2( 3)exe.Xxxx.dmp" files together and upload them at a free file hosting service like Dropbox.
• Post the link here.

If there aren't any dump files of TS3:

• Press the Windows key > Write: Command Prompt > Right click on "Command Prompt" in the search results > Run as administrator.
• Copy and paste "reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\devenv.exe" /v DumpType /d 2 /t REG_DWORD" (Without the quotation marks at beginning and end of the line, so the quotation marks before "HKLM" and after "devenv.exe" need to stay in) into the command prompt Window > Press ENTER.
• Play the game until it crashes.
• After the game crashes, let all Windows crash dialogues finish.
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. > Type "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) into the new window > Press ENTER.
• Zip the "MassEffec2( 3).exe.Xxxx.dmp" file and upload them at free file hosting service like Dropbox.

  If you want to undo the automatic dump creation, use the command below in a elevated command prompt (As in point 1) reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps" /f
