OK, that is a virtual memory error. vRam is the memory of your GPU.

At this point I would suggest a clean reinstallation of the game.

  • Make sure Origin is closed.
  • Go here and download the "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
  • Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall Mass Effect.
  • At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Moderate" > Browse.
  • If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
  • When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
  • Restart the PC > Run Origin as Administrator > Reinstall the game from a fresh download > Make sure game updates are enabled > Test.

Do you play other games, and if yes, do they work flawless?

Check your Windows system files:

  • Hit Windows key and X.
  • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered.
  • Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
  • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
  • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.
  • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
  • Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. >ENTER.
  • Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

If you got a "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations" or a notification that things got repaired:

  • Go here and download the "Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.5.2" (Not the newest one!)
  • Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all AMD diver components components.
  • Install the graphics driver. > reboot > Go online.
  • Test.

@Holger1405

It successfully no violation or integrity error found all fine. Should i save on disk or cloud the save game?

I choose local disck and vram error with some file missing like the steam one only folder name is different

And yes all game run on high specs games like: witcher franchise and the division and gears 4 no problem at all great graphics and such detail in world of tanks i run ME:Andromeda at high specs 1080p

@AcIvIe

Make a backup of your save games and turn cloud save off.
