Mass Effect Won`t Install. Why?

i bought the trilogy pack off of g2a and downloaded all three then installed them when i was done i tried launching mass effect the first of the three in the series.

when i found out the game did not say play but install i thought i had overlooked it but no every time i click install it looks like its working for bout 10 seconds before stopping giving me no error messages or anything how can i fix this so i can play the trilogy?

Operating System:

Processor:
2.4+GHZ Intel or 2.0+GHZ AMD

Memory:
1 Gigabyte Ram (XP)
2 Gigabyte Ram (Vista)

its a half a year old gaming computer that plays the witcher 3 on ultra without lag i think im good on the system requirements

You said that the game is still on "Install" so I'm assuming you launch through Origin?

Disable "Origin in game" and the cloud saves.

Did you try to repair the game inside Origin?

Is the game in "your program drive (C:?):\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect" folder?

no all origin games are installed on my D drive

That's fine, but the Game files are in "Origin Games\Mass Effect"?

Plus, did you follow my other suggestions?

origin in game is already been disabled for other purposes before i downloaded and installed the trilogy. and the game is located in D:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect

Ok next thing would be the "Repair Game" function.

What happens when you start the game from the "MassEffect.exe" in "D:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect\Binaries"?

Also try to start the "MassEffect.exe" as administrator.

i have never used the repair game functon where is it?

and when i run the mass effect.exe even as an administrator origin error message pops up saying it doesnt seem like the game is installed please install the game or try again.

In "Origin" under "My Games" right click on "Mass Effect" > "repair game"
