I was wondering if a swap can be made for my retail copy of Mass Effect 1 and 2 for a soft copy on Origin?
If not could you please increase my install limit as I upgrade and install windows quite frequently when my PC crashes.
Mass Effect: (edit: game code removed for security reasons)
Thanks

Of course that doesn't help when your computer crashes; in that type of case you may have to contact an EA Game Advisor for a new code.

Before a contact method becomes available you'll need to provide the following information:

You can register ME2 on Origin: (This was the method I used.)
1) Open Origin and log in.
2) Along the banner at the top of the screen select "Origin".
3) From the menu select "Redeem Product Code...".
4) Follow the instructions in the dialogue boxes to register your game on Origin.
If you are unable to register I recommend contacting an EA Game Advisor for help.

Here is Origin's set of directions on getting a digital copy of your physical copy:

That is one link with a lot of info instead of navigating more questions and solution from sundance's links.
