I downloaded Mass Effect 1 now.
After completing the click on play, a cloud sync progress bar appears that goes to 100% and returns to the Origin screen with the PLAY button.
There is no error.
I've tried all the windows compatibility options and also run as an Administrator.
I use an Alienware 18 R3 notebook with windows 10.
The Mass Effect Andromeda runs perfectly.
What do I need to do ?
PS.: I also downloaded Mass Effect 2 and exactly the same thing happens. Does not open and return to the Origin Access page.
Ivan.

You should have the "IBM Trusteer Rapport" software installed on your PC.
Disable the auto start of this software or de-install it. > Test.

@Ivanluiz2011; Might try un-checking "Enable Origin Overlay In-Game" on the "Game Properties" menu.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.
If you use Windows 7 also go to your Reliability monitor > Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time and copy and paste or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER” and look if it has entries for the game you have trouble with.
If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable, copy the info to the clipboard, and save it to a text file.
You can attach the DxDiag text file you created (and the “Reliability monitor” text file as well) to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.
