Issue With Launching Game.

If anyone has any ideas how to solve this issue as I am unable to launch my Mass Effect. Picture is attached. This is the error I am given after unsuccessful launch.

Please try to "repair" the game! Press right mouse button & Repair:

Note: this pic is for the Sims game, but you can do it same way for Mass Effect.

Normally a repair should fix this, as Mikimuster suggests. If you have texture mods installed, that could also be the cause.
