I can't redeem Mass Effect on Origin.

Hi,last month I bought Mass Effect Bundle on Steam but  I can't seem to redeem them on Origin.

I did redeem Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Cerberus & Promo keys but I don't see them on my library or find them anywhere else.

I only want to reach DLCs actually,if you could help me I'd much appreciate it.

Did you tried it without the dashes?

If that also don't works you can have a game advisor add the game to your account. (EA Help)

No, it only contains the Cerberus network DLCs, the other DLCs must be purchased separately.

Were you able to redeem the code for the game itself as well? 

Even if you've already redeemed codes for extra content for ME2 in Origin, you still won't be able to see it, unless you also have the base game added to the same account.

Additional to @EA_Ataashi, you can find the free DLCs for ME2 here. (Cerberus Network Downloads)

AFAIK there is no way to add the non free (Listed under "DLC" on that page) DLCs to a Steam installation in the moment.

I do have keys for main games but they are too long for Origin.

I logged in to Cerberus Network ingame but the link it lead me was broken.

It says Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition,seeing that I thought it included all dlcs avaliable.
