I'd like to transfer my copy of Mass Effect from Steam to Origin, but it seems that it's something wrong with the product key, because every time I try to redeem it, Origin says that my key is invalid.
I read on the Steam forums that chat with support staff can help in this situation (they exchange the invalid key for the right one or something like that), but a phone call is the only available option to contact support and it doesn't suit me. Any other contact options are not even displayed, no matter which category I choose.
Is there any other way to provide my key to someone who can add it to my account or at least told me what's wrong this key? Or maybe this transferring feature is not available anymore (too bad if so)?

Use Origin and not the game as starting point at the help side and go with account problems.
If that don't helps:
Restarting the router, changing the region to English (if not already set this way), changing Browsers, disabling add-ons especially anti-script and ad-block software or the windows firewall and the virus scanner for the contact attempt could help.
