Ok, so...i'm at my 3rd ME1 gameplay on hardcore mode...which it was going smoothly...right after i installed the last update on my Windows 7 Ultimate...
Mass Effect 2 and 3 work perfectly at a very high rez...and 1 worked well until that update.
I tried repairing the game, deleting it and re-installing it...updating it each time...and still nothing... FPS is too low and i got so many laggs that i can't play...

You have to test which service or background program is causing the problem.
First boot normally and disable the Origin Client Service. You said that it worked better, but is better normal?
If not look at your task manager while you have the lag, see if a different program or service causes heavy load.

It may be worthwhile uninstalling the recent Windows updates to determine if that definitely is the cause of the issue.

Yep...it's not the update...
But it's confusing...cause a week ago it worked perfectly...and now i got a massive lag...loading screen that takes 2 minutes...no fluidity in conversations...
It's like the game is stuttering...

Try a clean boot and test the Game afterwards.

I think that when Origin Client Service was disabled it worked better...but i don't know what to say...
I enabled it and it has the same lags...

Did you try the clean boot suggested above? Let us know if that makes any difference, thanks.

With everything disabled, it works nicely... but that means Origin Client Service stays disabled and Steam Client Service too... and i have the game on Origin...

I tried playing again after disableing Origin Client Service and after a few minor lags it started working properly again...
So, should i play Mass Effect with Origin Client Service stopped ?

Yes, if the game runs well, why not? If you need the Origin Client Service for other games just enable the service again.
