Game crashes on Feros

Hi everyone,

I bought ME1 some weeks ago and started to play with no problems.

Now I'm on the planet Feros and I talked to Fai Dan for the first time. Geth attacked, and Fai Dan says to defend the tower or something like that.

When the area is clear, there is a little cutscene with the dropship leaving. After that I should report to Fai Dan that the tower is clear.

I go down the stairs to return to Zhu's Hope and talk to Fai Dan, but he is not there. There is only Arcelia Silvia Martinez. If I try to walk around Zhu's Hope, the game keeps crashing.

I already tried to repair the game, to delete and reinstall it, but nothing worked.

When the game crashes, Windows give me the following message:

Mass Effect has stopped working

Hi,

I just tried it... A very old save game. But now it seems to work... Fai Dan is there and the game is not crashing anymore. Probably something gone wrong when I saved on Feros.

Having this same issue on the new Legendary Edition But no old save to re-load. Game over.

I am having this EXACT issue. The minute I step off of the Normandy the game crashes. Good ol' EA BS. Cannot move any further into the game at all.

Okay I'm playing ME1:LE  and I'm on Feros I've done all the deeds and checked back in and everything is fine till I reach the entrance of the Genix building and after I kill the few geth there and and proceed to the droppoint to continue through the rest of the building, it starts to go to the cut scene then crashes.. At first I thought it was bc I went to Novaria and Vermire first but like alot of ppl I only use one save game data and I restarted entirely and guess what!?? Same problem still despite now being on a new character and doing Feros first.. Suggestions!?? I'm on Xbox One S
