Can't launch the game

When trying to launch the game of steam it gives me this error:

General protection fault!

History: GMatrix2d::Swap() Address = 0x10bb5c66(filename not found)
[in where my game is located]
Address = 0x178a3ee4(filename not found)

and when trying to launch through origin it will crash

Did you installed the game two times, one time with Steam and one time with Origin?

If so I would recommand to uninstall it from the Windows control panel and to reinstall it with just one client.
