Can't install from disc

I uninstalled Mass Effect a few months ago to free up space but now when i put the disc in Origin will not install and nothing will happen. The disc is spinning so it isn't my drive

@xXJames1561Xx When you hover over mass effect in origin what happens? Can you click the download/install button from in the origin client?

I can press Download sure but it downloads from the internet not from the Disc (Which is in the drive)

@xXJames1561Xx Yes click the download button, then check the speed of which its transfering/downloading at and if its really fast then it would be instaling from the disc.

90 KB/sec is the lowest it is hit and the highest was 200KB/sec and it has slowed down a youtube video so it is downloading from the internet as it is far to slow for disc transfer.
