Adept class with no pistol skill bonus?

So is it a bug?

The adept class is suppose to use medium armor pistols and special damage skills

but in game i dont see any pistol specialization, also i didnt saw any medium armor specialization? or am i missing something?

Adept can only wear light armor. Pistols can be trained after you upgrade Basic Armor to level 5.
