Yep, one of those big red(ish) doors at the market. I jumped on top of it, to climb to the top, and someone opened it.
The door killed me.

We lost the game.

I had a team mate climb up the stairs in the middle of a supply ship and died right then and there. No enemies around or anything. Weirdest thing Ive seen yet
