Imagine a single area like 'The Pit' but instead of being a static and simple circle room, maybe the walls and floors could change and flow at random or even in set patterns? Or maybe a large flat area that sinks down and becomes a deadly maze littered with traps and pitfalls, but the loot is all level 3+, creating a high risk/reward element to going into that area.

 

I think there are hundreds and potentially thousands of ideas that could arise from this kind of map design, and would certainly make each place you fight in unique and exciting in every round you play.

 

P.S For all those TF|2 veterans out there, imagine the factory/house building level as a fighting area in Apex, that could really shake things up.
