Audio Issue In An Area Of The Train Yard [ Edited ]

In The Empty Area Of The Train Yard Under The Bridge where are 3 Supply Capsules separated along shipment boxes,

theres an audio sound effect like there are some stuff lying around like when dropping sttuf in the train which are confusing

because its sound like some footsteps of someone walking around. Exactly under the Bridge where its a Rocky formation.
