I was locked out of my account during the duration of the whole time frame in which make rights would be received. I contacted EA Help on Twitter after the 48-hour period and they said "there is no info on the account that you qualify or the make right." I have proof of cases and messages that I was indeed locked out during that time and I am not receiving any help while people who were not locked out for some reason got make rights. It just doesn't make sense to me. Also, EA Help told me to "share feedback on the forums", which hopefully means I will get some help or clarification here. Was locked out for 2 and a half weeks and now I can't even get a make right in a timely fashion.
