I did not get my make right and I could not play the game for 11 days? EA this can not be happening. 

has this happen to anyone else

It's possible the makegoods are still taking some time to be received. If you haven't yet, perform a hard restart of your system and load back in to Madden to see if it's been received. If not, wait another day and try contacting an advisor.
