Mut level undefined required

I started a season on the demo of next gen I think so I had a friend go on his next gen and end the season for me but I still get the mut level undefined required.

For some reason when I try to go into Mut seasons it says Mut level undefined. I’m level 50 and don’t know what’s wrong

My H2H seasons did this as well and I fixed it with the explanation you provided. However I am getting the same message about house rules and cannot play them. Any solutions for that?
