Cant play madden

1. I can't play madden. I've been playing for about 2 months and haven't gone past level 1. All I see is the start of the ultimate team challenges even though they've been completed long ago yet it's still there. Some people also say oh it's in your field pass challenges. Well that's also broken I can't access any of it I can only see rewards. Please just help me I've just wanted to play nut.
