missing draft envelope objectives [ Edited ]

I played the 4 steps in the draft mode earning 40 envelopes and a few other items (2 hats).

Once. I completed the 1st 4 steps, the 4 new draft objectves did not download. I cannot get additional envelopes. Even after the time renews, the objectives still won't load. I cleared my cashe and deleted app and reinstalled. Still no objectives

@mccong01  Do you have a screenshot of your locked events? Do you have the The Future is Now event available?
