It’s been over a month since the crashing started, and they still think it’s our devices... they have no clue how to fix this, what have they been doing this past month? They’re useless.

Apple iOS 11.3 started crashing March 27th 2pm est

Is everyone able to get in to the app at all? When I sign in I get an unknown error, something went wrong and can’t even get in to do anything.

So just for yayas I signed in as a new user and started a new account . I was able to get in and start over with the tutorial.
