My son is having an issue with the “Madden NFL” app crashing.  Prior to 5/18/2018, he has had no issues with it crashing.  Please let me know how to correct this issue.  Email me at [edit: email address removed] with the information.  Thanks!

Here are the steps we have taken so far.

Crashed 8:23 PM CST

Android LG K10 phone

Username: FalconsFan83

Level: 16-80 OVR

Opens to menu then crashes back to home page.

Uninstalled app and reinstalled, no solution.

Cleared cache

He doesn’t have Facebook so the solution you mentioned in an earlier post doesn’t work.

This has been going on for about a week since the choose 3 came out and it lets me accept my packs but then i get kicked out i really dont like the amount of time i have spent on it just for it to crash

The same thing happens to me it’s stupid they need to fix there game

Its almost Oct. And Overdrive continues to crash while playing overdrive option forcing a loss. Which lowers our rank every crash. Now like every third or forth pass play your QB just wont throw the ball to any button reciever pressed. Which is causing loss of down on league vs league. I got tired of sendinv noticez to the help desk when being a tier 1 desk they cant assist with this issue.
