gauntlet event no reward????

So I completed all three gauntlet challenges but the reward (gauntlet collectibles) haven't been given to me! I tried doing them all again and no dice. It says "W" in the three slots but in the last one it says reward not earned. What gives? Thanks in advance!

The worst thing is that no matter if they give us the reward for today, there will still be a couple Gauntlet cards that will be impossible to obtain, just like in the Combine Event, the Super Bowl MVP event, the Team of the Year event, etc, etc, etc.....

This game is a complete scam.  I've literally wasted hundreds of dollars on Madden Cash to refill stamina, and have never been able to win the "coveted" Live Event cards for any event.  I guess I'm the sucker here, and EA is the winner because of people like me who keep thinking there may be a chance to win.

Same problem here...took a screen shot as well...gl with any customer support....I spent $50 about a month ago, purchased a premium bundle, tablet shut down on pack 6/18 so still missing out on the rest and the topper...even hit the live chat help....my problem still hasn't been resolved and my case is still "open"...This shows that yea....they don't care
