(Unused) Toty tokens/items, od achievements and color clash events [ Edited ]

So what will become of our unused toty tokens and items? If there going to be converted into blitz tokens, when? I could use them now. 

Why aren't there any overdrive achievements for CC, LT, Alstott and Marino?

Is it just me, or we can only play the color clash events and earn rewards ONCE every couple hours?
