Undefined Players

Dear community,

Upon turning on Madden Moile today, I tried to start a game, but all my players were unnamed and had the number 11 on them. I went to my lineup and saw all my players had the silhouette picture in their spot. Then my game crashed. These players, since they have no stats, only walk and cannot run, making the game impossible on both offense and defense. Can anyone fix my problem. I tried reinstalling the game but it didnt work.

I have the same scary issue, I dont think even EA knows what to do at this point.  Im waiting for their response team.

SAME EXACT PROBLEM!!!! Since the one update that took 5 hours in the middle of the night.

Same here. Lost two teams that way. And now I'm locked of one of the accounts completely.
