Unable to claim cash reward for spending redzone coupons

I just spent 400 redzone coupons on a 5000 Legend badges pack and i am eligible claiming 200 cash reward pack for spending that sum of redzone coupons ( minimum for claiming that reward is 100 rz coupons). EA i want my cash !

why nobody from the EA HELP dont care about this ? i have a real issue here. is there anybody i can contact and talk to ?
