Trophy room

The game force closes when I try to look a anyone's trophy room. Why?

@Humdinger504 I'm not seeing any issues on my end so it could be either an account, local device, or platform-specific issue. 

Can I check what platform you're on? (I know I've probably asked you before but quicker to just check again) Can you try restarting your device, and see if you still get the crash?

Sorry I thought I been replied @EA_David I'm on Android. I have an lg g6 with 4g LTE. Plus now I'm with a new network and it's the same thing.
