Submitted issue on 12/9/14 and still no response [ Edited ]

I lost 125,000 coins in Madden mobile in early December. I submitted a ticket on 12/9 and receive a call back stating that they would send it over to verify. The problem is that I have not heard anything since. I tried logging on only to wait hours and still nothing. Could someone please contact me - blackhawksfan126
