Didn't receive Tier 1 Marcus Peters headline player for 250 24/7 mics. The mics are gone, it shows the ability to purchase tier 2, but no player on my team. Support is not offering to compensate, this is very disappointing.

I assume you backed out of the game, closed it, restarted your phone, cleared your cache and all of that huh?

@amityben13 Hi, the first tier packs don't give a guaranteed player. The first pack at 250 mics has a 3% chance of giving a player, with the prices and chances of the player going up as you go through the packs, eventually ending up with a guaranteed player. 

If you didn't get the player, you should get a pack of coins instead.
