Same questions all season long with no response from ea at all

Here we are in April and our players are STILL NOT looking for the ball. How is it that the defense can be running down field, full speed with their backs to the ball and yet still know where the ball is at all times, makes a move in unison with us tapping an icon and start to head towards the ball as soon as it's in the air, but, our own players, who actually know the play, still aren't looking for the ball 10, 20 even 50 plus yards down field? And to add insult to injury, the defense can BACK PEDDLE stride for stride with the 95 plus speed players. Smh. Is this going to be corrected anytime soon?
