My sister bought a 2000 dollar madden cash pack I was unaware of that I tried to contact someone last night but no one was available I just would like help to know what to do

I have tried all your websites nothing really helps I'm out 374 dollars cause my son ordered something without my okay I would like to speak with someone over the phone but it's seeming to be impossible your websites just keep sending me to other websites that leads to a dead end I would like a number to call do you have one of those

So what am I suppose to do havent been able to get any answer its been a week now think I'm getting the run around my son purchased alot of stuff off madden mobile with my say so and I cant get a refund I seond alot of money each year on all the new ea sports games for my son on his game system I guess you will be losing a good customer after this

I think you shouldn't have any issues. You may easily be able to get a refund for your purchase.
