Purchase failed

Whenever I go to buy madden cash it pops up with the error purchase failed we’ll try again later but when I get a special offer and buy it, it works perfectly. please help I want to spend money on the game.

@tyri2328 That's very interesting, especially because one type of purchase goes through. Can you try restarting your device, if you haven't done so since this started?

I notice you were also experiencing some issues earlier this year, we'll look into this and see if it's related.
