Problem sending a gift in madden mobile

Hi guys,

My name on Madden Mobile is The_Patriot and I was trying to send a gift to my friend, HenryHatch. I was sending a BCA pack. I sent it but he didn't receive it, and the game took my money still. He tried to send me a gift as well that I didn't receive either. So what's wrong? Why didn't the game send my gift but still took our money? If the owners of the game see this, me and my friend deserve a refund, or send us packs. Other people please help me!
