Passing glitches are getting bad

Everyone seems to be experiencing a lot of glitches in the passing game since the bosses were released. It's happening more frequently it seems to me. 

Just in my 3 lvl drives this morning I had 2 insta passes and a qb not throwing the ball situation. 

I know it's the end of the season, but this stuff was fixed a while ago and now that it's back like this I don't have a lot of confidence on a better game next season.
