Overdrive auction house for Madden mobile

Keeps crashing when I try to resell my players. I have about 14,000 unsold or sold players. I tried reinstalling and clearing cache and nothing works. This is the Android app

Are you still crashing? Go to the in-game settings and under Preferences try lowering the graphics.

Let us know if it's still crashing after all these steps in the link below have been performed.

Thanks but it does not work.

I have a brand new Motorola G7 power which is a new phone released

Feb 2019, so the issue is with EA servers.

Did you guys test to see if 15,000 unsold cards or sold cards could

be accessed by testing it on an Android device?

My guess would be no.

Did this start when you changed to a new device? Do you still have your old device to test with?

No it did not. As mentioned, I have a brand new phone. There was a system update to my entire phone yesterday. I did that. Nothing works.

I also have been having the same issue after I got my Galaxy S10+ last week. It is highly irritating as I have almost 2 mil in players stuck on my bench. EA needs to fix this problem. Everytime I try to type something in the AH value boxes one number enters and that's it. Can not sell anything

Well how many players is 2 million? Even when I had 6,000 players it did not freeze.

I called multiple times. They did nothing. Months later it's not fixed. I'm not going to play next year if it's not fixed.
