Overdrive Defense Overpowered

I get that defense wins championships, but it is so frustrating that my wide receivers never create separation. Running backs most often get 1 yard per carry. I don’t understand the point of upgrading offense ever because it doesn’t change completion percentage or number of interceptions. Now factor in the 10 drops a game and 2 fumbles per game that I have now.
