Old program items not converting

Why aren't any of my unopened items I open from the older programs converting? They're still converting for the items for that program. And what about the jerseys from the Superbowl?

According to everything I have read old promo items are no longer being converted. So anything you still have after Easter will be WORTHLESS.
Sell everything you're not going to use now while it still has value.
