My account (And purchased players from packs from madden cash) are gone!

My account (And purchased players from packs from madden cash) are gone! My game reset!😭 I had 80 offense and 78 defense and 86 other. My team is gone! I had just gotten a 88 Steve smith too😭. How can I recover my account? Power-cycling did nothing!
