I bought a Marshall Faulk elite legend for 10 million coins 3 days ago and lost the coins and didn't get faulk

This seems to be a recurring theme, and, as yet no attempts have been made by the progenitors of the EA (Electronic Arts) Madden NFL Mobile franchise to rectify this situation as a sizable contingent of gaming enthusiasts have had their digital currency inextricably vanish during the course of auction (myself included) through no fault of their own. I offered them several temporary fixes and have yet to get any response.
