Missing Player?

Hello,
I was playing the live event veteran, out of that I pulled a Robert Mathis elite and Ndamukong Suh. So I put then in the live auction, for 8 hours, I went to sleep and the next morning I checked I don't have them anymore. And I know they're not sold because I didn't gain any coins.
Please reply as soon as possible thank you!
